In the production of our ice creams, we strictly follow the oldest Italian recipes. Due to the use of high quality products, such as fresh whole milk, fresh seasonal fruit and high quality regional products, we obtain a unique final product, Our main objective is to create a concept of high quality artisanal typical ice cream! With a unique and irresistible flavor, our ice creams stand out resulting in a product of Excellence! Growing up in Southern California, where frozen yogurt was part of the culture, we wanted to share that experience with people worldwide.
Great Coffee
We founded Sol in 2011 and opened our first Frozen Yogurt store in the beautiful tourist town of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Since then, Sol has expanded to Europe and offers amazing frozen desserts and coffees. We use fresh fruit and pure ingredients in our Artisan Gelato made with love. We are proud to say Sol is now in Portugal near the fantastic seaside of Santa Cruz.
